GW is an online only rpg. They recently added the "ale" drink into the game. Before ESRB reviewed the game was before the release. I am confident that the "ale" may suggest to kids that "ale" is all fun and games. By adding the alcoholic beverage in game, it glamorizes the use of them. This is why I think ESRB should review the GW rating of Teen.

Also in GW a lot of people act criminally. This game has scammers who scam other such as ***name removed*** and nothing much is done to them. By allowing scammers to get away, they promote the ideology that criminals are not punished. Farthermore, people in game may harass others. If no action is used to prvent this then, I believe this game should be slapped with a harsher rating.

This game also has people stripping down to undergarments and engaging in a dance like sex act. This is highly inapporpriate for 13 year olds to witness.

This is why I want to petiton here and then see if I can get the ESRB to review the rating. Sign below if you agree.

GTA San Andras was slapped with AO, this game should be M because of the sex dances. ESRB should review every MMO every 6 months.

The game was reviewed by the ESRB and given a rating, it was then released to the public and has been out for ovr 2 months now. It is my opinion is you are wasting your time trying to get the game rerated now, it's to late and not necessary. As for your arguments as to why it should be re-reviewed, isn't what you are sighting as reasons been in or allowed in other on-line games that have been rated Teen?

This has already been suggested... but on the ESRB it says, "Game Experience May Change During Online Play", so there is little to no chance of it being changed.

How many 13 year olds do you know that wont have been drunk or even had sex before? I know plenty kids that age that are complete hooligans, theiving and drinking and stealing.

Britney '1 day marriage' Spears is probably most pre teens idol, or was, and theres probably more refrences to sex drugs alcohol and violence on morning afternoon or evening TV than there is the whole of Guild Wars.

Plus beer rules, so no, no need to change the rating. Guild Wars is no more explicit than some kiddie TV shows for violence, let alone the news or pop videos, and changing the rating is highly likely to affect sales, even if its a small way.

Come to think of it this is a stupid idea, have you ever SEEN the real world? methinks not.

Ratings are given based on a games content, what rude/sick/immature people do with that content has nothing to do with it. If you will notice all online games say "Rating may change when online" somewhere in the packaging. I believe GuildWars has this stated right on the box.

Let me remind you that GW should be reviewed because evey month it gets updated. Online is the only way to play GW so "Game Experience May Change During Online Play" is BS.

GTA got that slapped on their box because it was in the game that they released, they just "overlooked" that little hot coffee mod. This is a different case.

Also the game is rated "T" for teen, and depending on where you live, drinking is allowed for some teens. Also all the characters in the game are adults mate, it's not like it's showing kids drinking or anything.

The generalizations in this astound me. I am an adult, and have yet to take a swig of beer, vodka, whiskey, or any other hard liquor, and most of my friends are the same.

Brittney or whatever her name is is a ho, in my opinion. She wasn't my "teen idol" nor was she for anyone I knew.

Just because other people like to screw stuff up in the real world, doesn't mean I have to be like them..

Btw, game rating shouldn't be changed. But the label on the back should mention the ale, since it was implemented by Anet.

Starcraft and Warcraft 3: Players make maps that have images and actions that are worse than anything in Guild Wars.

They still have a Teen rating and they each have been out long enough for people to see everything that goes on.
